Standard Posters & Frames
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard (non-customised) posters and frames, provided:
— The product is unused and in its original condition
— The original packaging is intact
— You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at [your number] or email hello@artistixframe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom gifting frames and personalised prints are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has begun.
This is because every custom order is made specifically for you — once we start printing, we cannot reuse or resell it.
Please double-check your photo, size, and frame selection before confirming your custom order. If you have any doubts, WhatsApp us before placing the order — we're happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or different from what you ordered — we will replace it at absolutely no cost to you.
To claim a replacement:
1. Take a clear photo or video of the damaged product immediately upon delivery
2. WhatsApp us at [your number] within 48 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and photos
4. We will dispatch a replacement within 2–3 business days
We do not require you to return the damaged product in most cases.

Cancellations
Standard orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
Custom orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, before production begins.
Once an order is dispatched or production has started, cancellations are not accepted.
