📸 How to Upload Your Image — Please Read Before Ordering

The quality of your final print directly depends on the quality of the image you upload. A great photo = a stunning print. A blurry photo = a blurry print.

Select Your Size First
Choose your desired size (A4, A3, or 12x18 inches) before uploading. Different sizes have different aspect ratios.

Upload a High Quality Image
Minimum file size: 1 MB
Maximum file size: 50 MB
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC

Match Your Image to the Design
Make sure the image suits the design you have selected.
✦ Portrait photo → portrait design
✦ Landscape photo → wide or split design

Image May Be Cropped
Your image will be fitted and cropped to match the design ratio. Check the preview carefully after uploading to make sure important parts are not cut out.

Check Image Quality
Avoid blurry, pixelated, dark, or low resolution images. These directly affect print quality.

Content Guidelines
Images must not contain explicit, offensive, or nudity content. Orders with rejected images will be cancelled and refunded.

⚠️ Final Review
Review your image and preview carefully before checkout. Once confirmed and sent to print, no changes can be made.
