ORDERING
Q: How do I place a custom gifting order?
A: It's simple. Go to our Custom Gifting page, choose your frame and size, upload your photo, add your personal message (if any), and place the order. You can also WhatsApp us directly and we'll guide you through the whole process personally.
Q: Can I see a preview before my custom order is printed?
A: Yes. For custom orders above ₹799, we send you a digital preview via WhatsApp before printing. For standard custom orders, we proceed directly — but if you have any specific requirements, mention them in the order notes and we'll accommodate them.
Q: What file format should I send for custom prints?
A: We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Higher resolution photos give better print quality. Minimum recommended resolution is 1500 x 2000 pixels. If your photo is low resolution, WhatsApp us and we'll advise before you order.
Q: Can I customise the text or message on the frame?
A: Yes. You can add a personalised message, name, date, or quote to most of our custom frames. Mention the details in your order notes or WhatsApp us.
Q: Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
A: Absolutely. We love corporate gifting orders. WhatsApp us with your requirements — quantity, customisation, timeline — and we'll send you a custom quote within 24 hours.

PRODUCTS
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We offer A4 (8.3 x 11.7 inches), A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inches), 12x18 inches, and custom sizes on request. All sizes are available framed and unframed.
Q: What paper quality do you use?
A: We use premium 200–250 GSM matte or glossy paper depending on the product. Matte for aesthetic posters (no glare, premium look) and glossy or satin for custom photo prints (vibrant, sharp colours).
Q: Do your posters come with frames?
A: Both options are available. You can choose framed or unframed at checkout. Our frames are lightweight, durable, and wall-ready — they come with hanging hardware included.
Q: Will the colours look exactly like on screen?
A: We calibrate our prints to match digital colours as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and the paper type chosen. For most customers the print looks even better in person.
Q: Do you sell digital downloads?
A: Not currently. All our products are physical prints shipped to your doorstep.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
A: Yes. COD is available across 18,000+ pin codes in India. A small advance payment may be required for custom orders to begin production.
Q: Is the partial payment option available?
A: Yes. You can pay a small amount upfront and the rest at the time of delivery. This option is available at checkout.
Q: Is it safe to pay online on your website?
A: Completely safe. We use Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways — with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. Express delivery takes 2–3 working days (+₹99). Custom orders take 7–10 working days including print time.
Q: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes. We ship to 18,000+ pin codes across India via Shiprocket with multiple courier partners.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email. You can also track using your order number on our website.
Q: What if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
A: The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility. Contact us and we'll help coordinate redelivery.
Q: Is free shipping available?
A: Yes. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Flat ₹70 for orders below ₹999.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Standard posters and frames can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable once production has begun.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We're really sorry if that happens. Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no questions asked.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Standard orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing. Custom orders can be cancelled within 2 hours. Once dispatched or production has started, cancellations are not possible.
